By using rpdsrvc.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Rapid Service L.L.C., Greater Milwaukee & Southeastern Wisconsin. Use our quote request form or email info@rpdsrvc.com.

What this Site is for

The Site is a brochure and lead-intake site for Rapid Service L.L.C., including the optional online Ballpark Estimator. Information about services, photos, and pricing ranges (if any) is general. A quote, contract, or invoice for a specific job is separate and controls that job.

No online booking guarantee

Submitting the quote form or contacting us does not create a binding contract or reserved appointment until we confirm scope, price, and schedule with you in writing or by clear agreement.

Quotes and estimates

• Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and what we can see on site.
• The online Ballpark Estimator collects your photos and project details so we can prepare a quote. Submitting it is not a binding bid, a fixed price, or a contract.
• Optional “Read photos with AI” suggestions are automated hints. They can be wrong or incomplete; you and we should review them before relying on them.
• Hidden conditions, code requirements, or scope changes can change price and timeline.
• Work proceeds under a written agreement or other clear acceptance of scope and price.

Online estimator and AI tools

• You may use the estimator without creating an account. Bot checks (Turnstile) may be required to reduce abuse.
• Do not upload photos you do not have the right to share.
• Output from the estimator or AI assist is for planning and discussion with Rapid Service L.L.C. only — not for reuse as another contractor’s bid engine without our written permission.

Jobsite and customer photos

• Customer-provided photos are used for estimating and performing work. Public marketing use requires your clear permission.
• Photos taken by Rapid Service L.L.C. on site (before, during, or after the work) may be used for documentation, training, and marketing — including our website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, X, and print — as described in our Privacy policy, without a separate release for each image.
• By engaging our services and permitting access to the property, you acknowledge that we may photograph work areas for those purposes. You may request removal of a specific published image by emailing info@rpdsrvc.com.

Intellectual property

Site content—including the Rapid Service L.L.C. name, logo, text, photos we own, and the online estimator (including its layout, logic, and copy)—is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes (including offering a similar tool to other businesses) without our written permission. Google reviews shown on the Site remain the reviewers’ and Google’s content; we display them with attribution.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no spam, malware, scraping that harms the Site, fake quote submissions, or attempts to break security. We may block abuse.

Third-party links

Links to Google, Facebook, X, or other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Construction advice on the Site is general, not a substitute for an on-site evaluation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Wisconsin and applicable law, Rapid Service L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to Site use is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) to use the Site, whichever is greater. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not replace warranties or remedies in a signed job contract.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rapid Service L.L.C. against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wisconsin have venue for disputes about the Site, unless a job contract says otherwise for that job.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
