Rapid Service L.L.C. (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This explains what we collect on rpdsrvc.com, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Who we are

Rapid Service L.L.C. provides tuckpointing, masonry repair, and related construction services in Greater Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin. Contact: request a quote or email info@rpdsrvc.com.

What we collect

• Quote / contact form: name, email, phone, address, message, and photos or files you upload.
• Ballpark Estimator (/estimate/): the photos you upload, your description of the problem, an optional rough size, the property address, your name, and your phone number and/or email. We use these to review the job and prepare a quote. The page does not calculate a price.
• Photo review tools: our team may use an AI vision provider (xAI / Grok) to help review the photos you send, for example to estimate the size of the damaged area. Those are hints for our staff only. A person prepares your quote, and final pricing is confirmed after a site visit.
• Technical data: basic server/hosting logs (for example IP address, browser type, and pages requested) that our host (Netlify) or security tools may process.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site in aggregate, such as pages viewed, how you arrived (for example from Google search or our Google Business Profile), general location (city level), and device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not send your form entries or uploaded photos to it.
• Bot check: Cloudflare Turnstile may process a security token to reduce spam on forms and the estimator. We do not use that as a marketing profile.
• Optional: if you email, call, text, or message us on social platforms, we receive whatever you send there.

How we use it

• Respond to quote requests and schedule site visits
• Estimate and perform work you ask us to do
• Communicate about jobs, invoices, and follow-ups
• Protect the site from spam and abuse
• Improve our services and keep business records

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Hosting / forms / functions: Netlify (site hosting, form submissions, and estimator backend functions)
• Analytics: Google (Google Analytics), under Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile (spam/bot check)
• AI vision (only if you use photo AI): xAI processes the photos you submit for that feature under their terms and privacy policy
• Email / business tools: systems we use to read leads and run the business (for example Gmail and iCloud Mail)
• Legal / safety: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property

We do not sell your personal information or your project photos.

Photos

We distinguish between photos you provide and photos our crew takes.

• Customer-provided photos. Images you submit through our website form, online estimator, email, text message, or social channels are used to evaluate the work, prepare estimates, schedule, and perform services. We do not publish those images in our public marketing materials unless you give us clear permission.
• Company jobsite photos. Photographs taken by Rapid Service L.L.C. before, during, or after work on site may be used for project documentation, quality control, training, and marketing. Marketing use may include our website (rpdsrvc.com), Google Business Profile, Facebook, X, and printed materials.

When publishing company jobsite photos, we typically limit captions to the type of work and general area (for example, city or neighborhood), and we avoid including full street addresses, license plates, or recognizable individuals when practical.

To request removal of a company-published photo from channels we control, contact info@rpdsrvc.com with enough detail for us to locate the image. We will review the request and remove it when reasonably able to do so.

Ballpark Estimator and AI photo review

The Ballpark Estimator is a request for a quote. It is not a price or a contract, and it does not replace a site visit. If you prefer that we not use AI tools on your photos, tell us in your description or when we contact you.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and job communications as long as needed for the project, warranties, accounting, and legal recordkeeping, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you from the website form, request a correction, or ask us to delete a lead that did not become a job (we may keep limited records if the law or accounting requires it). Email info@rpdsrvc.com.

To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.

Children

This site is for adults seeking construction services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
